At Data Intensity, we are committed to continuous improvement across our product and service portfolio. As our customer base and global reach grows, we need to ensure that we’re investing in the best possible tools to meet YOUR service needs. Making sure that you have a superior service experience is our top goal. To that end, we’re excited to announce that on Monday October 17th, we’re rolling out a new ITIL compliant service management system, ServiceNow!

ServiceNow is one of the fastest growing,and highly adopted enterprise service management tool sets on the market today. As we’ve discussed with many of you, we’re excited about the ServiceNow experience as it pertains to the scalability, functionality, and versatility it offers. You’ll be exposed to a simple user interface, which means getting your service needs met in a timely manner and easier communication pathways to the right global delivery team. You’ll be able to see our progress supporting your request and a regular graphical representation of our ability to meet your service needs.

Our priority is to make sure we’re communicating with you and creating a smooth transition from our current system to ServiceNow. We’ve already launched the platform with a number of “beta” customers and are in the process of implementing enhancement requests to ensure the system meets your requirements when we “go-live”. The attached FAQ document includes useful information along with an upcoming communication plan that you can expect over the next few weeks.
